Master Chef of Great Britain, Nick Buckingham, whilst at the Cavendish Hotel had a passion to create a vegetarian food unlike the normal rubber omelette or damp lettuce, but never had the time. After 25 years he retired from the Cavendish and not resting on his laurels opened BUCKINGHAMS HOTEL AND RESTAURANT WITH ONE TABLE, Ten years later at Buckingham’s Oativa became a reality.
